San Francisco, California
On behalf of a private investor, HighBridge Properties underwrote and managed the acquisition of this 90,000-square-foot office building in San Francisco’s South of Market (SoMa) district, two blocks north of AT&T Park. Originally built in 1907 as the home of Gallo Salame Company, the three-story building underwent an extensive renovation in 2001 to take advantage of SoMa’s increasing popularity as a hub for technology companies. After the property was acquired, we managed the design process to reconfigure all of the building’s common areas. Our client sold the asset for a substantial profit 18 months after acquisition.
